Thanks for visiting our website, we are Kim and Doug Woollard and live in Waynesville, Ohio with our five dogs (four Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs and a rat terrier). We have a small 7 acre mini-farm and have almost the entire area fenced in for the dogs to run around and play in.
In the spring of 2009 we purchased our first Katahdin hair sheep. They will help to keep the grass mowed, provide fresh meat for the dogs, and they allow the dogs to have fun practicing their herding skills when we have to move them from field to field. Our Katahdins came from Jeff & Kathy Bielek of Misty Oaks Farms.

Kim is an obedience instructor and works the dogs regularly at a local obedience club (Dayton Dog Training Club). Kim
has put obedience, draft and rally titles on both the swissies and hopes to start agility some time soon. Doug has put a pack dog title on Gentry and hopes to earn her last two legs towards her weight pull title sometime soon!
We spend a lot of time going to dog shows, obedience trials, and local working events. We first became involved with Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs in 2003 when we got our first swissy, Montgomery. Gentry's December, 2007 litter was our first litter.

We are members of the Greater Swiss Mountain Dog Club of America (GSMDCA) and also are active members and Kim is the vice president, ways and means chair, and webmaster for our regional Swissy club, the Crooked River Swissy Club.
We love our Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs and love to share them with people. We are more than willing to set-up a time for people to come out and meet our dogs and us. All our dogs live in our home and our main priority is having fun with and enjoying our dogs and participating in activities with them. We only have an occasional litter but we strive to produce healthy, temperamentally sound puppies that fit the standard while also making excellent pets.
